Background: For many years, there have been complaints
from the public about people who are in the public space
consume alcohol and thereby cause fears and various
annoyances such as social unadapted behavior, impurities.
Some of these people are alcohol dependent

looking for a specific help.
To improve the situation the fixed point
is a registered association.
